This Program is designed for those who wish to gain an in-depth understanding of the culinary function of a hospitality organization whilst still focusing on the remaining functions of the hospitality sector.
These sessions would be open to all amateur chefs who are interested in enhancing their existing culinary skills or even learn new ones. These sessions may also be used as corporate team building workshops or just for having some wholesome fun yet learning experience.
This program is open for both budding and amateur chefs as well as professional ones who wish to enhance their professional skills in a new area. The program is designed in a way that opens up opportunities for the learners to be employed in standalone bakeries or those attached to restaurants, hotels, flight kitchens, cruise liners, etc. And also for learners who wish to be self-employed and start bakeries of their own.
On Merit Basis.
Eligible students will be placed in Hotels, Restaurants, Food Courts and Canteens.
